"Taking us on an emotional journey from darkness into light, Glyn’s soothing and delicate tones belie lyrics that are dark, poignant and thought provoking." ~ Songlines
Although her feet are rooted deep in the earth of Eifionydd, Gwyneth’s gaze is always drawn to distant horizons. A poet, singer and playwright, she sees herself as an artist-adventurer who thrives on experimenting with different forms. Having gained a first-class degree from Jesus College, Oxford she returned to Wales to follow a career as a writer and singer. Her music career has taken her as far afield as the Smithsonian Folklife Festival, Washington DC and to India for a Welsh folk song meets ghazal collaboration.
